Shooting In Lemoore Ca Today
A pair of suspected Tulare County gang members were arrested by Kings County Sheriff’s deputies on Friday, Aug. 19 at about 8:30 p.m. on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
Deputies arrested 22-year-old Tony Vasquez and 23-year-old Erik Perdomo for stabbing a man in a parking lot at the Tachi Palace Casino near Lemoore. The suspects were heard yelling gang-affiliated taunts before the altercation.
Deputies arrived on the scene and found a stabbing victim who was flown to Kaweah Delta Hospital for medical care.
Witnesses told deputies that the two suspects fled the scene on foot, but both were apprehended a short distance away. The sheriff’s detectives and Kings County Gang Task Force conducted a joint investigation.
Both suspects were indeed arrested and booked for assault with a deadly weapon as well as gang enhancements.
